Its the same as Frost Nova, you can just use it everywhere you want, and it doesnt cancel your cast

what is the spell often cast to chill or freeze the enemies from a good distance in a specific area ? it is not nova
The cast it self is like blizzard with u know the green round marker on the floor for u to decide where to cast it. I bet its not a spell or talent maybe its an item

Its funny how dumb people can be, these 2 are indeed very skilled. If the rating is what you guys care about then your all dumb, its the skills that matter so just watch and keep wishing you got their skills.
